I’ve been a proud member of the SDVH reception team since 2016. With a strong interest in pharmacy, I particularly enjoy processing insurance claims and liaising with insurance companies to support our clients. I'm currently working towards a GA Level 3 Certificate in Veterinary Reception Skills, continuing to build my knowledge and enhance the service I provide.

At home, I share my life with two much-loved dogs: Eleni, a spirited Jack Russell x Chihuahua, and Ricky, a gentle Greek rescue. Both have had their fair share of medical challenges, including TPLO surgeries, and in 2024, Eleni underwent major surgery for a benign but invasive tumour in her upper jaw. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the stress and worry pet owners go through, which is why I always approach my role with empathy and care, aiming to provide the best possible support to our clients.

Outside of work, I find joy in road trips with my parents and partner, wildlife photography, and spending time in nature. I've recently developed an interest in birding – so feel free to share any tips! My favourite escape is the Isle of Mull in Scotland, and I’m already looking forward to my next adventure there.
