COVID-19 has presented extraordinary challenges globally and we are trying to ensure we maintain a suitable level of service whilst protecting the health of our clients, patients and staff.
UPDATED CLINICAL PROTOCOLS INCLUDING VACCINATIONS
We are now able to see more routine appointments. These include for example skin problems, medication check-ups, anal sac emptying, vaccinations that are due or overdue, dental treatment, neutering, other non-urgent surgical procedures and imaging.
We are trying our very best to see as many patients as possible given the circumstances. However, with COVID-19 precautions in place, we currently require longer consulting times (typically 20-30 minutes per patient) and may have fewer surgical slots available per day as a result. Therefore, please call with plenty of notice so that we can fit you in.
Currently, clients are not allowed to enter the building. Please call reception from your vehicle when you arrive for your appointment and the vet/nurse will come and collect your animal from the car park as soon as possible. Dogs must be on a lead so that they can be attached to the dog park when instructed to do so. Cats and other small animals must be inside a basket.
We appreciate your patience and please bear with us whilst we adapt to this new way of working. We look forward to seeing more of your lovely faces very soon (even if it is from a 2-metre distance and some are hidden behind a mask)!
